JSR Micro N.V.
After having worked for 15 years on the plant of the former parent company, JSR Micro started in 2001 with the construction of a new production plant on the research park of Haasrode.
The plant was completed in 2003, built to the highest standards for quality, environmental care and safety. In this state-of-the-art factory JSR produces KrF photoresists, underlayer materials, developer and CMP slurries. The site houses production, laboratories and warehouses needed to produce and distribute the JSR products all over Europe, but also exporting some goods to Asia and the USA.
About 70 people work in the Belgian facility, taking care of Operations and Sales and Marketing complemented by a dynamic team of business development and R&D.
As required for the semiconductor business, the production and laboratory facilities are housed in clean rooms, providing the clean environment needed to guarantee ultimate purity of the products, even when handling bulk chemicals as CMP, developer and ultra pure water.
