Quality Policy

Quality and environment, health and safety (EHS) protection is the responsibility of management, top to bottom.
From all employees it is expected that they respect all rules regarding quality, EHS.
Our goal is continuous improvement in quality and EHS matters. Goals and targets are set, analysed, reviewed and reported, based on measurement data and facts. These aspects are managed at the same level as other key activities.
The management aims for openness, honesty and collaboration in the field of quality and EHS towards our employees, customers, subcontractors, authorities and neighbors.
The execution and the continuous improvement of the JSR policy regarding quality and EHS are considered as a high priority target to achieve and improve customer satisfaction.

Environmental Health and Safety Policy

JSR is committed to be an environmentally responsible partner for all our stakeholders and to minimise the environmental impact of our activities.
JSR is committed to foresee and ensure a safe and healthy environment for all personnel, contractors, visitors and other third parties.
Basic goals should always be in compliance with relevant legislation, ISO9000, TS16949, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000.
Wherever possible preventive measures should be taken to protect quality and EHS.

Regulatory Affairs (RA) Policy

JSR Micro N.V. is fully aware of its obligations under REACH, the new European Union regulation for the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006). REACH is active since June 1, 2007 and JSR Micro N.V. is committed to meet the requirements and timetables included in the REACH regulation. In addition, JSR Micro N.V. is evaluating all the substances under the CLP scheme (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008) and will implement the CLP regulation step by step following the indicated timelines. Meanwhile JSR Micro N.V. material safety data sheets will be updated continuously in order to remain in compliance with the CLP and REACH regulation.
